Refund policy

For Online Purchases:
All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

To obtain a return shipping label, please contact us at info@masonstennis.com with your name and order number. 

Returns shipped outside our return window, received with visible signs of wear, containing missing tags will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Once your return has been received, we will refund you via your original payment method, which can take up to 5 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

For In Store Purchases: 
Exchange or store credit will be given for items purchased within 30 days. Items must be unused, unworn with all original tags attached. All sale items are final sale.
